Crispy Roasted Chick Pea Recipe (Serves 4)
1 can of Chick Peas
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon paprika
Pinch of dried chili flakes
¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
Want to spice it up ? add in some hot sauce
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Drain the chick peas and rinse then patting dry until completely dry.
