Plan your food. If you don’t, it is simple you will be more likely to overindulge.

Eat from a small plate. You will eat more if you eat of a larger plate.

Eat 5 small per meals per day every 3 hours

Don’t miss meals. This simply will make you overeat at your next meal

Fill up on Protein and veg. It would be most unlikely that you will go back to the pot for an extra chicken breast but more likely will go back for that load of pasta so fill up on the protein and veg first.

Don’t eat while distracted. Spend time enjoying your food eating. Being distracted can lead to overeating and not realizing how much and what calories you are consuming.

Don’t buy the bold stuff. Its very simple but if you don’t buy it its not as easily accessible so avoid buying those sugary processed foods that will lead to weight gain.

Spend a few hours looking at recipes that are quick and easy to make that will mean you always have a healthy quick option in the freezer and so will always be organized.

Have a cheat meal for 3 hours once a week it will help you maintain a good relationship with food while slightly indulging once per week to get rid of those cravings.
