AROUND THE WORLDS
1. Start by standing upright holding a kettlebell in front.
2. Hold the kettlebell in one hand and swing it around to the side of one hip
3. Follow around your back, changing hands in a circle until you come to the front again.
CLEAN AND PRESS
1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart in squat position and kettlebell between the legs on the floor, holding with two hands.
2. Lift the kettlebell to the chest, coming up on the toes and keeping the elbows high.
3. Bring the kettlebell overhead and return to start position.
HALO
1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding one kettlebell in front in both hands with your arms straight. Raise the kettlebell up and over one shoulder.
2. Make sure to twist through your mid-section, then rotate the kettlebell in a circle over your head.
3. When you get back to start position, reverse the direction and keep alternating.
