Let’s talk a little bit about exercise many people feel they do not have enough time for exercise, what if I told you you could train 5 times a week no matter how busy you are…. Sounds good right many people would look at this and think I could never commit to this with work family life etc, but what constitutes a training session people may be surprised to hear that you can get a sufficient and beneficial workout in 15 minutes.

Forget this idea of an hour long workout the most difficult and probably best workouts I’ve ever done have been no more then 20 minutes and have stoked up my metabolism for the day ahead. Think quality over quantity when it comes to your training and enter your session with the right frame of mind.

Stop telling yourself you have no time for training thats a negative mindset and switch that thought to the more positive what will I do in my 15 minutes today that will really push me.

How do you feel about training 5 times a week now? I’m sure a little bit different…… try this the next time you have 15 minutes, set a timer on your phone counting down from 15 minutes:

Perform 5 body weight exercises Squats, Lunges, Glute Bridge, Push ups, Tricep dips for 10 repetitions each in a circuit fashion keep going till your 15 minutes is up or head to the closest park and run half the football pitch on the minute every minute for 15 minutes your rest is the time left in that minute once you hit the halfway line mark these are just two examples of effective workouts you can do before breakfast!!!

WORKOUT DONE!!!! You’ll be glad you didn’t hit that snooze button.
