Feta and pink grapefruit salad
- Large handful of mixed baby leaves salad
- 1/2 pink grapefruit cut into segments
- Marks & Spencers mini hass avocado
- 2 finger slices of Feta cheese chopped
- 10 walnut halves
For the dressing
- 1/4 lemon freshly squeezed
- Desert spoon extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle of Himalayan rock salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
