One of our favourite pancake option at BodyByrne.
Pancake recipe:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bran
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp sweetener or Agave syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ bananas
Method:
- Blend together eggs, sweetener and salt.
- In another bowl mash bananas.
- Combine bran with soda, almond milk, bananas and throughly mix into batter.
- Leave the pancake batter to stand for 5 mins while your pan heats.
- Lightly grease a frying pan with a little bit of coconut oil, add the batter and cook until set and lighty golden.
- Serve with your favorite fruit slices, berries or add some Highbank Organic Orchard Syrup.
