Say buh-bye muffin top and hello hottie. Getting body beautiful doesn’t have to be just a fantasy. Trainer to the stars, Paul Byrne shows us how.

Do you want the good news, or the really good news? If you’re young and in relatively good shape now, with a few tweaks to your diet and exercise regime you could have the most banging of bodies in the future. And, if you’re young and veering into couch potato territory, it’s not too late to put good habits in motion that will last you a lifetime.

Experts have discovered that our muscles have a surprisingly good memory. For example, if you work out, get into perfect shape, but then put on some weight and go up a dress size or two, your body will ‘recall’ the exercise done before. In other words, exercising and eating well now will stand you in good stead later.

So what good habits and ground rules should we be setting ourselves to design the body we want for life?

Celebrity trainer Paul Byrne notes that if you follow his health commandments in your 20s, your 40s will be a walk in the park…
